How to place an order on the website?
Use our catalog to choose gifts. In the product you like, click the "Order" button.
In the window that opens, you can select Continue shopping or Checkout. If you would like to select additional gifts, click the Add Additional Products button. In this case, this product will be added to the basket, and you can continue to select gifts. If you want to place an order, go to the Shopping Cart.
At any time you have access to the products you have selected. To do this, click on the white bag icon in the upper right corner of our website.
In the form that opens, fill in your details and recipient details. Now you can proceed to pay for the order.
What if I don't know the recipient's address?
In this case, specify in the "Recipient's address" field - to find out the delivery address from the recipient. Our administrator will contact the recipient and specify the address and convenient delivery time.
What if I don't know the recipient's phone number?
Our delivery service can guarantee the fulfillment of the order ONLY if you have a VALID phone number of the recipient.
At your insistence, we can leave with the order at the address indicated by you, but if the courier does not find anyone at home, or cannot find the address, then the order will be considered completed, and its cost will NOT be RETURNED.
Is it possible to deliver the order at the time specified by me?
You can specify the desired delivery time in the "Additional Information" field. We will take into account your wishes, but in any case, we will definitely call the recipient in advance and specify the delivery time convenient for him.
How do I know that the order has been delivered?
