The money is returned to the customer in the event that he cancels the order before its production. This is possible in two cases.
1. If the recipient's data does not correspond to reality (the number does not exist, is disabled), the recipient does not pick up the phone or on a specific date of the order cannot accept it, we inform the customer about this and he takes one of the possible decisions - to provide us with the new recipient's data , transfer to another date or cancel the order. If the customer accepts the decision to cancel the order, the money is refunded.
2. In case of the recipient's categorical refusal to accept the order from a specific sender, we will notify the customer and return the money.
Dear clients, since we carry out all orders ourselves, we carefully approach the choice of flowers when making bouquets and compositions. When choosing additional products, we always pay attention to the expiration dates. It is not in our interest to deliver dead flowers and expired products. Therefore, we do not consider a refund on this basis, since we do not allow such a situation a priori.
